Ptak v. Port Towing
In Ptak v. Port Towing, plaintiff was struck by a Port Towing truck that was in the process of towing plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff suffered a rotator cuff tear and neck and back injuries. Plaintiff argued that defendant was negligent in the operation of his vehicle. Andrea Sacco Camacho argued that plaintiff placed himself in the zone of danger by approaching the tow truck as it was driving away and that he was the sole cause of the accident.
