Defense Verdict–Kings County

Ptak v. Port Towing
In Ptak v. Port Towing, plaintiff was struck by a Port Towing truck that was in the process of towing plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff suffered a rotator cuff tear and neck and back injuries. Plaintiff argued that defendant was negligent in the operation of his vehicle.
