Before joining CMM, Mr. Garino was an associate at a multi-state litigation firm with offices in New York and New Jersey. He started his career as a Judicial Law Clerk to Judge Maureen Mantineo of Hudson County. While in law school, Mr. Garino acquired experience in consumer debt defense, not-for-profit corporate compliance, contract drafting/negotiation, intellectual property, and policymaking.

Mr. Garino is also a co-author of “Failing to Learn the Lessons of Madoff”, an overview of fraud litigation published by UMass Law Review.
