Experience:

Andrea Sacco Camacho litigates high exposure cases in state and federal court. She has been handling complex litigation in the construction, insurance, premise liability, product liability and general tort litigation fields for over 20 years.

Ms. Camacho’s practice includes the representation of construction contractors, general contractors, owners, developers, engineers and other professionals in all aspects of litigation. Her practice also includes insurance coverage and declaratory judgment actions.

In addition to representing clients in litigation, Ms. Camacho offers guidance to her clients in construction pre-planning, project safety, emergency response and risk transfer. She is highly experienced in emergency accident investigations and works closely with her clients to proactively address and manage potential exposure.

Ms. Camacho began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County. Assigned to the Homicide Investigation Unit, Ms. Camacho investigated and prosecuted violent drug gangs.

Professional Activities:

Ms. Camacho has been elected to the membership of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM). She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Woman's Bar Association of New York and the Bronx Bar Association.
