8/6/2025 – Christopher L. Lobello v. Hector Deleonfeliz et. al.:

Plaintiff Christopher L. Lobello sought recovery for property damage arising from an incident that occurred on February 9, 2024, on the New Jersey Turnpike in Ridgefield, Bergen County. Before the parties engaged in extensive discovery, Sofia O’Shea established that defendant Luis A. Nepomuceno, who was operating the front-most vehicle in the chain-reaction collision, was not liable for the accident. Justice David A. Nitti agreed that our clients could not be held responsible under these circumstances and granted summary judgment on all claims and crossclaims without prejudice.
